Movement has always been a part of who I am. I started ballet at just 2 ½ years old, and from that moment, I was hooked. Dance became my life’s passion, leading me to the London Studio Centre at 17, where I immersed myself in all types of dance—though ballet has always held a special place in my heart. Over the years, I performed in 11 pantomimes in Stevenage and spent wonderful summers on stage. One of my most fun memories was dancing in Queen’s "I Was Born to Love You" video—definitely a claim to fame!

After teaching Zumba since 2009 and Piyo since 2015, I knew that movement wasn’t just something I loved—it was something I wanted to share with others. That’s when I decided to create Refrm Pilates Studio. Helping people build strength, find balance, and discover what their bodies are capable of has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Outside of the studio, my heart belongs to my incredible family—my six wonderful children and my amazing husband, who I’ve also had the joy of helping with his gym. Life’s a beautiful dance, and I’m grateful for every step along the way.
