“It all starts with movement

At Refrm, we have taken the original core principles of reformer pilates and added extra strength, power and dynamism. Refrm is dynamic reformer pilates and we promise it is going to be unlike any workout session you’ve tried.

It is no surprise that so many dancers, sports people and celebrities have practised Pilates for so many years and swear by the exercise method.

Our team have decades of experience in dance, fitness and health and has bought this combined wisdom and knowledge to create Refrm.

At Refrm, we are committed to helping you achieve your goals and live a healthier, happier and stronger life.

Our workouts will help you build a body that is lean, flexible and resilient. Whether you are coming back from an injury, looking to tone up, pre or post-natal or just want to challenge yourself with something new, we can individualise our workouts to YOU.

Our team are fully trained and insured and have bags of passion and experience. 

Your body will definitely know once you’ve completed your first Refrm session, but it will thank you for it and hopefully, you’ll be hooked.

No matter your starting point, we can help you. Whether you are fit or unconditioned, our trainers can adapt everything to provide you with an effective and challenging workout. It will be intense, but not so much that you just ache all the time and don’t enjoy training. Life is to be enjoyed and we believe exercise should support your life, not take it over.

It is good from time to time to feel that tightness in the muscles the day after a hard workout, but our aim is NOT to work you so hard that you’re continually sore. Refrm sessions should leave you feeling lighter, taller and full of energy and confidence.

At Refrm, we place strong emphasis on delivering you results. Our sessions are built on the orginal guiding principles of Joseph Pilates, with control and breath underpinning much of what we do. Our aim is to create evidence-based training sessions, where each exercise has a purpose. However, as much as we love to geek out on training, we know that workouts need to be fun and motivating, or you’ll get bored and stop coming. So we promise to put the fun into every session.

A great fitness quote that we have come to believe in strongly is, “commitment trumps intensity”.

Any trainer can create a workout session that will leave you feeling smoked, but a great training session provides just enough of the right stimulus that you want to keep coming back for more. Regular training will get you lasting results, not the stop-start fitness mentality that has put so many people off exercise over recent years.
