With years of experience in the fitness industry, I am certified in Exercise to Music, blending dynamic movement with mindfulness to create energising, balanced workouts. Committed to helping clients achieve their physical and mental wellness goals, I offer group & personalised Pilates sessions that strengthen the body, boost flexibility, and nurture a healthy mindset. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me enjoying good food, the odd glass of wine, and always up for a giggle — because balance is key!
