Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m delighted to be joining the team.

As a mum of three with a background in the corporate world, fitness has always been my grounding force. With over a decade of experience in the industry, I’ve coached everything from 1-1 sessions and Hyrox to spin, HIIT, kettlebells, and outdoor bootcamps.

My love for reformer Pilates began in 2010 when it helped improve my mobility, strength, and even shaved an hour off my marathon time. I’ve seen firsthand how movement transforms both body and mind—and I’m excited to bring that energy into every class!
