I've always been in to fitness from a young age and pre covid I loved hot yoga! When lockdown hit I was unable to spend my time in the hot room and was eager to find something new to challenge me. When I got pregnant that's where I got into pilates and was instantly hooked. The physical and mental benefits were amazing and fueled my desire to want to share this with others. Fast forward to today
I am training with BASI (Body Arts and Science International) for my Mat qualification and at Refrm; where I have the privilege of learning my Reformer Level 3 qualification with Declan and Emma.
