One-To-One Sessions

Our one-to-one reformer pilates sessions take place in the comfort of our own home. There is plenty of space to move around the reformer and we also have all the other ancillary tools we may need to ensure you get the most from your session.

Our aim to ensure that you get maximum value from your session and spend as much time as possible on the reformer actually working out. However, this is a private one-to-one session and we want to be certain that the exercises you are performing align with your goal. So after you book each session we will send you a brief questionnaire to complete. This will take just minutes but it will provide our instructor with information about how you are feeling, what pain or injuries you may be dealing with and ultimately, what you want from your session.

If your aim is to alleviate or remove back pain then this may determine how we structure your session. Equally, if you are currently pregnant or have recently had a baby, congratulations, and this will also dictate how we plan your session to ensure it is safe and delivers maximum benefit and value.

Maybe you’re just feeling a bit nervous about getting started and want a couple of one-to-one sessions to reassure yourself that you will not feel out of place. No problem, this is totally understandable and in this instance, we will use your private session to help familiarise you with the main reformer exercises. We will provide you with all the necessary support and guidance to give the confidence to keep going and enjoy your reformer sessions.
