My journey into fitness began somewhat later in life. As a youngster, I didn't have much love for fitness. However, my perspective changed when I was introduced to weight training, and I quickly became hooked. This newfound passion for fitness led me to qualify as a fitness instructor, teaching HIIT classes and providing personal training sessions.
Over time, the demands of heavy weight lifting and the accompanying lifestyle began to affect my health, particularly my hormonal balance. After conducting thorough research, I realized the need to explore a different avenue of fitness. That's when I discovered Pilates, which soon became my preferred fitness style.
I am now qualified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. I’ve used this low-impact fitness method to restore my hormonal balance and reclaim my health. This experience has also deepened my understanding of hormonal health within the context of fitness and has changed my overall approach to wellness in a much more holistic manner.
I’m passionate about Pilates because it offers a unique combination of challenge and low impact. It lengthens and strengthens my body without compromising my hormonal health. I'm dedicated to sharing the benefits of Pilates with my clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals in a healthy and sustainable way—glowing from the inside out.
