Group Sessions
Our dynamic group reformer pilates sessions offer you a challenging workout for both the mind and body. Our sessions are underpinned with the principles first created by Joseph Pilates over 60 years ago, but bought up to date with full body strength movements.
All classes last for approximately 50 minutes, during which you’ll move through a series of exercises that will work every muscle in your body in multiple planes of movement. Our instructors will aim to challenge you during every session with progressions and regressions using dumbbells, bands and straps.
Things that would be good to bring for a group session are a bottle of water and some grippy socks in you have them, otherwise bare foot… so bring both your feet with you!
