  • Mixed Ability Reformer

    Our mixed ability reformer classes build upon layers of challenge so they are suitable for all fitness levels. Reformer Pilates will dramatically improve strength, resilience, and spine health and help build a lean physique. With our added twist of choreography, our classes are fun, results-driven and all taught by highly qualified instructors. Classes offer the perfect combination of fitness, fun and Pilates, which will give you the ultimate intense workout. Prepare for the burn!

  • Later Life Pilates

    This is the class we tend to suggest if you’re 70 years old or upwards. However, we all age at different rates so it is not an absolute cut-off, we have some clients over 70 who thrive in the mixed classes and we also have some younger members who prefer the Later Life class vibe, you choose.

    Whatever your age, you can improve strength, mobility and balance. There is almost no injury, condition or impediment that cannot be improved with exercise. It is just important to find the right level for you and then work from there; like so much in life the poison is in the dose, too much or too little of anything can cause problems.

    In our Later Life Pilates, you can expect longer transition times between exercises, simpler movements requiring less balance and a marginally slower pace. However dont expect this class to be easy, we’ll show you just how hard you can work and what you are really capable off.
